How do I request a return?

To send us a return request, please click on the MUSOTEC RETURN FORM and fill it out.

Upon confirmation of acceptance by us, send the product to us for inspection and assessment.

Now let us know whether you would like to have your money refunded or credited towards a new product.

In case of a refund, we will pay out your money as quickly as possible.

When credited towards a product of the same price, the new product will be shipped within the stated delivery time.

When credited towards a more expensive product, shipping will occur after receipt of the additional payment within the stated delivery time.

When credited towards a less expensive product, shipping will occur within the stated delivery time and the remaining amount will be paid out to your bank account.

From day 31 onwards, we charge a percentage fee based on the original purchase price to cover our costs for processing, technical inspection of the goods, refurbishment, packaging and shipping costs, re-warehousing, resale costs, depreciation of the goods, any payment service provider fees, as well as marketing costs and taxes. You can see the percentage in the table.
For example: You would like to return your device on day 31. We therefore charge 5% of the purchase price. The refund then amounts to 95% of the original purchase price. This applies to items you purchased from MusoTec.
For third-party items from other retailers, we determine the refund amount upon request and inform you of the refund amount. This is initially a non-binding statement on our part. After you have sent us your device for inspection and we have been able to assess its condition, we confirm the refund amount bindingly. If your item does not match your description, we will make you a new refund offer or reject the return.
MusoTec Return is excluded for the following products!

Software licenses, software downloads or so-called ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) products.

DJI brand drones.

Freight goods or freight products - products that were shipped to you by freight.

Custom-made items that are difficult to sell and goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Goods that have been damaged, have experienced a defect or have become unusable.

All batteries or rechargeable batteries available from us or supplied with products.

Goods and products that were purchased via invoice or installment payment, e.g. PowerPay.
You can only request a return once per product.
In the event of deliberate and fraudulent submission of defective, damaged or unusable goods, the return will be at your expense. In addition, a processing fee of CHF 250 plus VAT will be charged. The return of the submitted goods will only take place after payment of the total costs by bank transfer.
MusoTec Return applies only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. No legal provisions are restricted or eliminated. MusoTec Return has no impact on your warranty.
