Shipping Conditions



The following shipping conditions of MusoTec Dr. Daniel Krawietz apply to deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Please ensure before placing your order that you have read and understood the following information. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Shipping Times

You will find color-coded availability statuses on the respective product pages:

Hardware / Parcel Goods - " Status - GREEN e.g. In Stock "

This status means that the item is available at the time of display in one of our own or contractually bound warehouse/distribution locations (Switzerland or EU) and can be prepared for dispatch after order confirmation. In individual cases, internal relocation or an import process may be required.

The delivery time is generally approx. 2–5 working days – unless otherwise stated on the product page – calculated from the date of dispatch of our order confirmation, including prior receipt of payment. Delivery times are non-binding guideline values.

Hardware / Freight Goods - Status - GREEN e.g. In Stock "

This status means that the goods are available. The product description clearly indicates if the item is freight goods.

Freight goods are items exceeding the maximum parcel weight of 30 kg. These goods must be transported by a freight forwarding company and delivered by truck.

Delivery time depends on the workload of the transport company, agreed collection dates and actual transit time. Export/import declarations and customs inspections may be required. In individual cases, additional customs documentation may be necessary.

As we have no control over freight companies or customs authorities, delivery times for freight goods are non-binding estimates based on experience. Delays or early delivery may occur. You will be informed accordingly.

The non-binding delivery time for freight goods is generally approx. 7–10 working days – unless otherwise stated – calculated from the date of dispatch of our order confirmation, including prior receipt of payment.

Software / Licenses / Digital Content - " Status - GREEN e.g. In Stock "

This status means that the license is available and can be provided electronically after order confirmation. Provision generally takes approx. 24–48 hours – unless otherwise stated – calculated from the dispatch of our order confirmation, including prior receipt of payment.

Provision / Delivery

No shipping costs apply to digital content. Digital products are delivered by email including license key and download/registration link. Products belonging to digital content are marked in the product title, e.g. “ESD – Electronic Software Delivery”, “Download” or by a blue download icon.

Hardware / Parcel Goods - " Status - YELLOW e.g. Short-term Available"

This status means that we do not keep our own stock of this item. The goods are ordered from the supplier after customer order. Delivery to the customer takes place after arrival at our premises. Shipping time after arrival is generally approx. 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are non-binding guideline values.

Hardware / Parcel Goods - " Status - RED e.g. Available from Supplier "

This status means that the item can be ordered from us as it is part of the manufacturer’s product range. We do not have reliable information regarding actual availability and delivery time.

After ordering, we will check availability with the supplier and inform you accordingly. You may also request this information before placing your order.

A contract is concluded only upon order confirmation in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. If delivery is not possible after confirmation, payments already made will be refunded in full.

The delivery time corresponds to the communicated delivery time and applies from the dispatch of our order confirmation, including prior receipt of payment.

Delay in Delivery

In case of delay in delivery, the customer’s rights are governed by Art. 102 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). The customer may set a reasonable grace period pursuant to Art. 107 CO. If the grace period expires unused, the customer may withdraw from the contract pursuant to Art. 109 CO. Reasonableness depends on the circumstances of the individual case.

Refusal to Accept Delivery

If delivery is refused without legal justification despite an existing contract, any resulting additional shipping and return transport costs may be charged to the customer.
