Shipping Conditions



The following conditions apply to deliveries and shipping by MusoTec. The conditions apply to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Delivery of digital content

There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form, DL download license products or ESD - Electronic Software Delivery products). Digital content is provided to you via a license code & link sent to you by e-mail. This e-mail will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of the order confirmation and payment.

Delivery times

On the respective product pages you will find 3 color-coded statuses:

Status - GREEN

This color code means that the goods are in stock or can be procured within a very short time. The delivery time is 2-5 days. 

Software items also have a green status, but with a separate indication of the delivery time. The delivery time stated there is valid.

Forwarding goods which we have in stock but which have to be sent by forwarding agent also have the green status. As we are dependent on the collection dates and capacity utilization of the shipping company for these items, we are unfortunately unable to provide an exact delivery time. The approximate delivery time for shipping items is 5 to 14 days. However, we undertake to do everything in our power to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.

Status - YELLOW

This color code means that the goods are not in our warehouse, but are available from the supplier and will be procured on your order. The delivery time can be up to 10 days.

Status - RED

This color code means that the goods are generally not in our warehouse and will only be procured by us on order. If you order an item with this status, we will ask the supplier for the delivery time, inform you of this and you decide whether you want to accept it and stick with your order. If you agree, we will procure the item for you. If you do not agree, we will cancel your order and if payment has already been made, we will refund the payment immediately.

All delivery times are calculated from the time of receipt of payment.
