Dynaudio's LYD-48 monitor combines the qualities of a classic 3-way system with new DSP and amplifier technology. The signal is processed by a 96 kHz/24 bit signal processor from Analog Devices. The DSP takes over the function of the crossover as well as the room adjustment and the general sound tuning. An 8" woofer, a 4" midrange driver and a soft dome tweeter are driven by Class D amplifiers.
