Phonitor xe is the ultimate stand-alone version for headphone lovers who don't want to compromise. As the first Phonitor ever, the Phonitor xe can be equipped with the new DAC768. This optional internal over DAC enables the Phonitor xe to convert data with superior sound quality. 32Bit word width and PCM sampling rates up to 768kHz, as well as DSD - high up to DSD256 - are the impressive numbers. The analog side of the converter also plays in the highest professional league. The active low-pass filter is realized in 120V voltair technology - just like the Director DAC & preamplifier.
