DeVerberate 3 splits the signal into an estimate of the direct sound and the reverberant sound, which you can then recombine freely. For dialogue, a new deep learning algorithm trained on thousands of high-quality voice recordings in a wide variety of acoustic spaces separates speech from reverb fully automatically, so reverberant dialogue recordings can be rescued without costly reshoots or ADR. For music and other sources, the algorithm from version 2 is available with adjustable level and decay times of the original reverb, complemented by an early reflections filter that estimates their impulse response using statistical methods and cancels it out.
