A plug-in in the style of the classic dub siren that lets you add sirens, synth rises and mashed-up effects to reggae, dub, ska and other productions.

Born from a simple oscillator, the dub siren has been at the heart of ska, dub and reggae since the dance halls of Jamaica, and Ring The Alarm carries on this tradition. A full-range PWM oscillator follows MIDI key pitch, an LFO with four waveforms modulates pitch and pulse width, and a decay envelope controls the low-pass filter and/or LFO speed. The combination of tape-style dub delay with self-resonating feedback and a one-knob spring reverb delivers the signature sound. Every control is right in front of you, inviting hands-on tweaking in real time.
