Gyratec IX is a vintage dual tube mic preamp that adds flawless analogue amplification to any sound source, whether you are tracking or mixing.

The Gyraf Audio hardware original offers two channels of all-tube, high-gain, transformer-balanced microphone preamps, which Antelope recreated faithfully to preserve the real sound of this analogue-only signal path. The variable-gain input tube and the SRPP output stage are controlled with straightforward input and output level switches: keep the gain at minimum for a sound without harmonic saturation, or add more gain and reduce the output level for extra tube colour. A high-pass filter and a phase reverse switch complete the set. Easy to master and massive-sounding, Gyratec IX suits any sound source.
