VEQ-STU 900 is a four-band semi-parametric EQ with extensive controls, offering thick lows and gentle mids.

VEQ-STU 900 offers four bands with cut and boost controls and variable frequencies: the high and low frequency bands can be switched between bell and shelf modes, while the low-mid and high-mid bands each offer two bandwidth (Q) options, complemented by high- and low-pass filters. This variety greatly expands its functionality, letting you shape the sound in fairly extreme ways without phasing or deforming it. It is modelled on the EQ channel strip of one of the best-sounding Swiss analogue mixing desks and carries the rock-solid lows, smooth mids and airy highs that made the original stand out.
