V-AMP is a high-fidelity preamp and cabinet emulation that brings the warmth of tube circuitry straight to your DAW and, with its pedalboard, EQ and tuner, becomes a complete guitar rig.

At its heart is a precisely modelled common-cathode tube stage that goes from subtle crunch to full-throttle overdrive, with Drive, Crunch, a bass, mid and treble tone stack, Presence, a Bass Boost of up to 6 dB, Master Volume and input and output gain. The cabinet convolution engine recreates seven cabinets, including Sheriff 800, Tender Twin, Orange Grit, Voice 5 Teen, Amaze G52, IronBite and Colossus, captured with five virtual microphone profiles such as Illinois 57, Vienna 112 and Sydney 1A. A 10 Hz high-pass filter, oversampling, non-linear processing and DC-removing and anti-aliasing filters keep even high-gain tones clear and polished. The built-in pedalboard with noise gate, compressor, overdrive/distortion/fuzz, delay and reverb, a 9-band post-cab EQ and a tuner put the whole guitar chain in one plug-in.
