Parallel Aggressor combines parallel saturation and parallel compression in one plug-in window, adding impact to your tracks while keeping their dynamics.

The plug-in splits your audio internally into three tracks: a heavily compressed duplicate (‘Spank’), a heavily saturated duplicate (‘Heat’) and the clean original (‘Dry’). The parallel tracks are calibrated for maximum impact from the outset, so no routing to external buses is needed. Volume faders, solo buttons and meters help you balance the three signals, while Auto Gain keeps the combined level roughly at the input level. The 25 presets include contributions from KurtCurt and Anthony Saffery.

Features

• Spank: punchy parallel compression with Extra Punch, Extra Smack, Sidechain Filter and Mono
• Heat: warm, analogue-modelled saturation with Extra Hot, Tone, HP and LP filters
• Balance the three signals with faders and solo each one individually
• Auto Gain for a consistent output level
• 25 presets, including ones by KurtCurt and Anthony Saffery
