Transit 2 controls 28 effect modules through six motion modes, bringing movement to static mixes – from rhythmic effect motion to sweeping transitions.

Transit 2 is the next chapter of Baby Audio’s collaboration with Andrew Huang. Six modes control the movement of the effects chain: Macro with a single knob, LFO synced or unsynced, Follower driven by the track’s dynamics, Sidechain via an external input, Gate for triggering during live performances and Sequencer for DAW-synced transitions at a click. The 28 modules can be added and moved around the chain and range from modulation, degradation and vintage effects to reverb, delay and filters, plus a synth oscillator and noise generator; each parameter can stay static or follow the motion mode. More than 400 presets by Andrew Huang and other sound designers and a flexible randomiser deliver new ideas fast.
