SubCulture tracks the pitch of monophonic signals in real time and generates perfectly tuned subharmonics for a clean, deep low end.

Instead of static frequency boosting or rudimentary pitch shifting, SubCulture aligns its entire processing chain to the detected pitch. Three engines work together: Sub Layer blends in a pitch-perfect subharmonic layer up to two octaves below or above the original, Root Boost is a tracking EQ that emphasises the fundamental of each note, and Resonance adds warmth and harmonics through a tuned parallel filter network modelled after a classic analogue design. Analogue-modelled saturation and compression then add punch and glue, while the mix section offers high-pass filtering and bass mono conversion. Everything is created from the actual audio input – SubCulture is not a synthesiser; for polyphonic material you control the pitch via MIDI.
