An expansion for BFD3 that captures a Crush Drums Sublime AXM kit, tuned and processed for progressive and technical rock and metal.

The in-house engineers tuned and processed the kit to sound loud and proud out of the box, and it comes with a full complement of Meinl Byzance cymbals plus stacked setups for more aggressive sounds. The kick was recorded dampened, fully open and without the resonant head using an Audix D6, Sennheiser E602, AKG D112 and an AEA R84 ribbon mic, while three snares are provided across eight variations with dampened and resonant tones and low and high tunings. Of the six toms, two floor toms and four rack toms, you can load three lower or three higher tuned toms or all six for a huge progressive kit. A recorded tiled surface adds shimmer, the PZM mics from the BFD Eldorado sessions deliver a huge room sound and a mono mic in front of the kit can be crushed hard to fatten up your productions.
