An expansion pack that adds an extensive suite of detailed percussion instruments to BFD3, from Latin and world percussion to junk percussion and kitchenware.

BFD Percussion includes congas, bongos, timbales, djembes, darbukas, udu, ashiko, bodhrán, chimes, triangles, shakers and tambourines, alongside esoteric effect sounds such as thundersheets, waterphones and bowed gongs. The junk percussion range covers trashcans, saw blades, saucepans and other intriguing household objects, and the pack even contains a kitchen sink in fully multi-sampled, multi-articulated form. John Emrich produced the collection at Omega Studios in a setting similar to the Mapleworks kits in BFD3, with a tight, focused room sound and a high-end recording chain that captures the ambience and expressive depth of these eclectic instruments. A bonus set of percussion groove performances is also included.
