An augmented wah pedal simulator with 29 classic models and its own editor, controllable via expression pedal, envelope or LFO.

The predefined wah models spanning various musical eras replicate classic and modern wah tones. You can control the effect manually with an expression pedal, with the envelope follower (auto) that reacts to your playing dynamics, or with a host-syncable LFO for rhythmic sweeps. Starting from the factory presets, you build your own filters with the tone maps browser or the wah editor, and thanks to customisable filters and modulation options, Miaow Wah also produces flanger-like tones, univibe modulations, phasing and filtered tremolos; the plug-in is also integrated as an effect in Blue Cat’s Axiom.
