The stereo edition of Thunderstorm Chaser offers purely natural thunderstorm recordings from six years of storm chasing across the United States.

From deep, distant rumbles rolling over the plains to ground-shaking lightning cracks, the storms are captured in their raw, highly dynamic form without artificial layering or post-production embellishment. Beyond thunder, the collection covers the full storm environment, with distant rumbles and eerie silences before the storm, pounding rain, hail and howling winds. Every file is labelled with precise, well-structured metadata, and this edition contains the same recordings as the surround version in stereo.
