A virtual instrument that combines the deep Georgian Contrabass Panduri with the twangy drones of the Tanbur in interlocking arpeggios.

The Contrabass Panduri is a modern development of the traditional Panduri, created for low registers in Georgian concert folk and a true rarity, while the long-necked Tanbur is found from the Balkans to Central Asia. The presets are divided into Normal (4/4 arpeggios) and Odd with time signatures such as 5/8, 7/8 and 3/4, reflecting how the two instruments are actually played. Two fully customisable arpeggiators in the Multi-Arpeggio-Designer (MAD) and twelve colour presets with effects and impulse responses yield over 1000 predefined combinations, and your own arpeggio designs can be copied to other ORIGINS instruments.
