A frequency-selective gate with look-ahead that attenuates exactly the frequency range you choose while remaining simple to use.

Instead of complicated controls, Gatey Watey simply lets you choose which range to attenuate – the low end, the top end or the entire signal. Shorten cymbal tails without losing the resonance of the kit, quieten singing toms without choking them, or tame the fizz on distorted guitars while keeping the fuzz. The look-ahead function opens the gate in time to preserve transients without sidechain tricks, and smooth release curves eliminate gate chatter. The resource-friendly plug-in speeds up noise clean-up and track preparation.
