A virtual grand piano sampled from a Steinway Model L built in 1991, with a clean, powerful sound for high-end productions.

It is based on a carefully maintained 5 ft 10 in Steinway Model L from 1991, recorded in a large, live living room with five stereo microphone positions. The piano combines a clean, powerful tone with a slight hint of the charm of a medium-sized grand, and every note sounds crystal clear and present. All keys were sampled, complemented by true release samples, resonance samples, pedal noise and sustain control. This makes the instrument well suited to classical, pop and scoring work.
