A super-accurate and greatly improved emulation of the rare 1978 ARP Quadra with its four sections: bass, strings, poly synthesizer and lead synthesizer.

Each of the four sections can be assigned to any region of the keyboard for flexible splits and layers: a fat monophonic bass section with an extra “Strings Bass”, a string section in the style of the classic 70s string ensembles with its own two-band EQ, an expanded poly synthesizer with saw, variable pulse, “spike” and “hollow” waveforms, and a dual-oscillator lead synthesizer. Alongside an emulation of the onboard phaser, a stereo chorus/flanger, a syncable echo and studio-quality reverb are on hand, all individually routable. The awkward patch storage of the original has been replaced by Cherry Audio’s unlimited preset browser, and a multi-out version allows separate processing of each section.

Features

• Over 400 presets programmed by industry veterans
• All four sections superbly recreated, each with an independent key range
• Poly synthesizer with drift control for added analogue realism
• Precisely replicated phase shifter with multiple modulation sources
• Improved arpeggiator and LFO, both tempo-syncable
• Emulated “Touch Sensor” aftertouch section and multi-out version for separate processing of each section
