A painstaking virtual emulation of one of the best-known analogue synthesizers ever made, developed with DSP specialist Mark Barton (MRB) around a single principle: absolute authenticity.

Together with Mark Barton, every nuance, every curve and every response of the original was studied and measured – right down to the interface with its maple cabinet, textured surface and unmistakable knobs and switches. Miniverse deliberately avoids extra features such as additional LFOs or effects and instead delivers the pure, raw and powerful sound of the original for monstrous leads, funky basslines or warm pads. One enhancement was added nonetheless: alongside monophonic operation you can dial in two, four, eight or sixteen polyphonic voices, and a library of over 200 presets by professional sound designers – brass, keys, percussion, sound effects, basses, leads and MPE presets – is just a click away.
