Plasticlicks is a collection of over 1500 completely new, ready-to-use electronic drum sounds.

All sounds were designed from scratch without using a single pre-existing sample. The library ranges from short, aggressive percussion and longer metallic stabs to clean, expressive kicks, sometimes grimed with unusual hums, and almost acoustic-sounding drums, making it suitable for minimal, experimental, club and even pop music. The sounds are supplied as WAV files and as .akp programs for the Akai S5000/S6000. The collection was created for D16 Group by sound designer S3MPL3X.
