The plug-in for a thick, consistent low end that makes bass audible even on earbuds and small speakers by generating harmonics.

Bass XXL relies on a psychoacoustic phenomenon: our ears perceive deep bass largely through its harmonics, which a proprietary algorithm generates above the root frequency directly from the dry track. The focus can be set via a fixed frequency for kicks and percussion, via a root note for bass and synths, or via MIDI so the harmonics follow the bass line. The Boost knob blends in the harmonics in parallel without touching the original signal, complemented by oversampling, pre-delay to preserve transients, a Mono control and a spectrum display that zooms in on the low end.
