A high-precision noise removal plug-in that analyses unwanted noise, displays it graphically and lets you edit it in detail.

DUY Silence captures the unwanted noise by analysing a track or part of a track for a few seconds; you then set attack, release and threshold, and the noise is gone. The noise profile is shown on the interface and can be edited to your own criteria with a complete, intuitive set of tools, even just partially if required. In Advanced mode you can change the noise gate settings for each of the more than 1000 frequency bands individually. This makes it suitable for cleaning up interviews with background noise as well as old recordings.
