The bundle combines Ancient Kingdom and Hollywood Strings 2 – rare wind instruments from around the world meet a close-miked string ensemble for epic and intimate music alike.

Ancient Kingdom, produced by Doug Rogers and Nick Phoenix, brings rare wind instruments from around the world, played by Saulius Petreikis, in 26 instrument categories with articulations in the Long, Short, Effects, Legato and Keyswitch groups – recorded in surround and complemented by four effects signal paths using amplifiers, megaphones, tubes and rotating speakers. Hollywood Strings 2 offers a 21-piece string ensemble recorded in EastWest Studio 2 with exceptionally close miking, ideal for emotional moments in a score as well as for pop, rock and hip-hop. With 148 instruments in over 160 GB, six microphone positions including mics attached directly to the instruments, three Moods and Movie Mixes for horror, drama, action and sci-fi, it complements Hollywood Strings 1 rather than replacing it.
