The Dark Side offers 40 GB of distorted and eerie percussion, guitars, choirs and pre-rendered sounds pushed through analogue vintage and tube effect chains – from crushed drums and aggressive basses to deliberately unsettling keys and strings for metal, industrial, hybrid orchestral music, film, TV and games. Ghostwriter is a 60 GB collection of 800 instruments and presets covering guitars, basses, drums, keyboards and vocals, created by progressive rock artist Steven Wilson and including many “live” presets you can adjust in the software. Forbidden Planet adds over 600 morphing synths in categories such as Arpeggiator, Bass, Drones, FX, Leads, Pads and Poly Synth, letting you morph freely between electronic layers, acoustic instruments and futuristic sounds.
