A virtual instrument with 57 GB of rock drums, basses and guitars, produced by Nick Phoenix and played by musicians including Shane Gibson, Greg Suran, Doug Rappaport and Tal Bergman.

The drums were recorded in EastWest Studio 1 on three large rock kits from DW, Gretsch and Ludwig plus six additional snares; any drum from any kit can be combined into a custom kit, and three mic positions, repetition samples and LIVE technology make them sound like a live performance. Guitars including a Fender Jaguar, Fender Telecaster Thinline, Gibson Les Paul, a baritone and seven-string models from Carvin and Schecter were played through Fender, Divided By Thirteen, Marshall, Mesa Boogie, Bogner and Vox amps and offer round robin, hammer-on and pull-off legato, sliding legato and dozens of other techniques. Dual-channel recordings let you choose between a real amp sound and the direct signal for your own plug-ins, and the remastered content of Hardcore Bass and Hardcore Bass XP is included along with a new five-string Musicman Stingray with 7,000 samples and true legato.
