Ghostwriter presents some of the most innovative sounds of Steven Wilson – known as the leader of Porcupine Tree, as a solo artist and for his 5.1 surround mixes – along with specially created instruments and replications of classic sounds originally created by other producers and engineers. These organic sounds can be part of complex productions or the basis for cinematic music; raw instruments can be shaped into your own sounds via the interface, and many live presets are directly adjustable. Played by Steven Wilson, Marco Minnemann and Laurence Juber at EastWest Studios, Ghostwriter offers an amp simulator, Ohmicide, Echoplex EP-1 delay, an SSL channel strip, SSL Transient Shaper, SSL Stereo Compressor and a convolution reverb with 726 additional presets.
