This crossgrade gives owners of the Hollywood Fantasy Orchestra Bundle the intimate string library Hollywood Strings 2, featuring a 21-piece ensemble.

Hollywood Strings 2 is the sequel to Hollywood Strings, for which Doug Rogers, Nick Phoenix and Shawn Murphy recorded a 21-piece ensemble in EastWest Studio 2: a smaller room, the same team, no less cinematic. All the essential articulations, from legato, detache and pizzicato to staccato, spiccato, marcato, col legno and flautando, are available with up to four dynamics. Six mic positions with several close mics and the Soft, Classic and Epic moods make the library just as suitable for intimate, emotional moments as for larger orchestrations. As a complement to Hollywood Strings, its precise playing and fast articulations also make it well suited to pop, rock and hip-hop.
