A de-compressor that restores the original dynamics of audio material and returns even extremely compressed recordings to a more natural condition.

Pure DCompressor’s algorithms automatically increase the peak dynamics, giving you back full control over the dynamics even with extremely compressed material. Beyond ratio, attack and release, the Envelope, Time and Detection settings let you control the fundamental characteristics of the processing: attack, hold and release with manual, auto and advanced release modes, zero attack times via a delay in the signal path and eight detection modes, including Feed Backward modes inspired by vintage hardware. Dynamic Factor amplifies or diminishes the dynamics information extracted in real time, while Dynamic Velocity sets how quickly it varies. A three-band equaliser in the side chain also allows frequency-sensitive processing.
