A responsive, transparent compressor that works with just threshold and make-up gain and handles attack and release automatically.

IA-LA1 uses a transparent algorithm that introduces no distortion or artefacts. If colouration is required, the THD control adds a gentle, dynamic distortion for extra warmth and depth. Operation essentially comes down to threshold and make-up gain, with no need to set attack or release times. Accurate level meters, a gain reduction meter and the threshold marker on the input meter make the compression visible.
