For Amplifikation Clarent, Kuassa mixed and matched the tones of different Orange amplifiers for each channel, resulting in six distinct sounds powered by the third generation of its circuit-matching technology. Clarent A delivers thick cleans and is a powerful choice for effect pedals, Clarent B offers meaty crunch with punchy, mid-forward distortion and Clarent C modern high gain with massive distortion and long sustain. Sag and bias, high-pass and low-pass filters, five cabinets with impulse responses from genuine Orange cabinets, seven microphones with dual-miking plus a noise gate and limiter complete the sound.
