The heavy bass distortion for bass guitar and other low-frequency instruments, from chunky overdrive to thick, woolly sustain.

Efektor Bass Smasher Distortion delivers massive, heavy distortion and covers a broad range of dirty tones in a single effect: chunky overdrive, thick and meaty distortion or a muff-like, woolly sustained sound. It is one of the second-generation Efektor bass pedals, developed specifically for bass guitar but also suitable for synths, percussion and vocals. The fundamental bass frequencies are preserved while harmonics and grit are added. The dry/wet control lets you blend in just the right amount of distortion with the clean bass, and up to 8x oversampling ensures clean processing.
