Amplifikation VVV is powered by Kuassa’s third-generation tube engine and recreates all three major versions of the amp family: Mark I with a rich clean channel, 80s-flavoured crunch and a tight lead channel, Mark II with thick mids and a tight low end for the brown sound, and Mark III with deep, aggressive gain for modern productions. The Red, Green and Blue channels range from sparkling cleans to brutal high gain. Five cabinets with impulse responses from genuine Peavey cabinets, nine microphones from the Shure SM57 to the Neumann TLM103 and freely adjustable mono or stereo dual-miking deliver the sound of a real guitar recording session.
