KV331 Audio’s flagship modular synthesizer with up to 16 layers, numerous synthesis methods and 850 factory presets.

SynthMaster 3 covers VAnalog, additive, vector, wavetable and granular synthesis, phase modulation, phase distortion, FM, pulse width and ring modulation, physical modelling and SFZ sample playback. Each instance offers up to 16 layers with up to 16 modules and 32 modulation sources each; the Routing tab lets you add, replace and connect modules visually. The granular oscillator works with up to 512 grains, while the VAnalog oscillator generates its waveforms in real time, modelled on the way analogue circuits work. The 850 factory presets come from sound designers such as Arksun, BigTone, Demis Hellen, NatLife and Xenos Soundworks, and SynthMaster 3 also loads SynthMaster One and SynthMaster 2 presets.
