Galactron gathers electronic sounds with a neo-psychedelic aesthetic, inspired by the explosion of FM synthesis, daring stereo movement, gigantic reverbs and ambient pads. Mntra sampled its own collection of 1980s digital and digitally controlled synthesisers, adding a retro-modern approach to keys, pads and otherworldly atmospheres to its range of instruments. The MNDALA 2 engine’s deep network of effects and modulation takes these characterful sounds further, and the three-axis (XYZ) global controls make them morph and breathe as you play.
