Halo Upmix uses real-time analysis to extract locational cues and extend the panorama naturally without artificial reverb, chorus or delays, upmixing to LCR, 3.1, 4.0, 4.1, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 7.0 and 7.1. Centre channel management with switchable, neural network powered dialog isolation and the Exact mode for precise downmix compatibility make it a tool for television, film and sound design; the 3D Immersive Extension is optional and not included. Stereoizer 3 adds three independent width algorithms, IID, ITD and Linear Width, based on the way the human ear perceives width, widening mono and stereo recordings without phase artefacts.
