A transparent True Peak limiter including the DSP extension, enabling standards-compliant limiting on Avid HDX systems as well.

ISL 2 uses the standardised True Peak algorithms of ITU-R BS.1770, including Apple afclip detection, and prevents inter-sample peaks that would cause distortion during later codec conversion. The TPlim control provides minimally invasive brick-wall protection, auto-release adapts dynamically to low-frequency content, and steering and ducking meters help you find the right settings. The DSP extension lets you offload processing to Avid HDX hardware, reducing CPU load, with formats up to 7.1.2 supported on HDX.
