Halo Upmix analyses stereo material in real time, extracting locational cues to extend the panorama without adding artificial reverb, chorus or delays. Centre channel management with switchable, neural network powered dialog isolation suits archive restoration, TV and feature film work, and with the Exact control engaged, downmix compatibility with the original is precisely preserved. The included 3D Immersive Extension adds vertical controls including Ltm and Rtm placement, a height analysis view as well as Dolby Atmos bed tracks (7.1.2), Auro 3D (7.1.4) and Ambisonic outputs. Original and vintage scores, synths, stereo FX archives and effects returns can thus be extended right up to immersive formats.
