An optional extension for Halo Downmix that adds the ability to downmix from 7.1.2, the format used for Dolby Atmos bed tracks.

The 3D Immersive Extension gives Halo Downmix the ability to downmix from 7.1.2, the format used for Dolby Atmos bed tracks. Together with Halo Downmix, such mixes can be downmixed to stereo, re-balanced and fine-tuned, with dialog clarity maintained and rear-delay artefacts from legacy upmixing practices removed. In conjunction with the NUGEN Receive plug-in, a parallel surround and stereo workflow allows rapid A/B checks between the full surround mix and the stereo downmix.
