Stereoplacer is a parametric balancing control: use the solo controls to focus on the frequencies you want and move them across the stereo panorama without affecting any other regions. Fully adjustable bell and shelving curves, with several harmonically linked bell curves per node, allow subtle redistribution or powerful corrections without changing the overall level balance of the material. In mixing and sound design, Stereoplacer pans sounds without affecting their low end and offers an alternative to EQ for problem frequencies; in post production and restoration it re-balances poorly positioned instruments or adds stereo detail to mono recordings.
