A vintage-style compressor for track or group compression and limiting with an exceptionally musical sound.

PSP oldTimer is not based on any specific hardware but is inspired by vintage circuitry, emulating favourite characteristics of such compressors. The goal was a simple compressor that sounds exceptionally musical with minimal tweaking and is hard to make sound bad even at extreme settings. It offers soft, smooth compression in most applications and may slightly colour transients through its tube emulation when driven hard, all with zero samples of latency.
