Pristine Peaks IE is the version of the ultra-low distortion Pristine Peaks limiter optimized for multichannel surround and immersive audio, handling up to 12 channels.

This streamlined edition, enhanced for multichannel work, supports tracks and buses from mono up to 7.1.4; each channel can be trimmed by ±5 dB before the limiter, and its peaks can be set up to 10 dB below the master ceiling. With its Channel Isolate and Drive Trim controls, Pristine Peaks IE is also a multichannel editing tool for trimming levels and muting or extracting individual channels from a multichannel stream. Like the original, it applies the gain change needed to control the peaks to the entire waveform instead of saturating or clipping them, for extremely low THD and a very clean sound in mixing and mastering.
