An analogue EQ combining the Pultec EQP-1A low end, Maag EQ4M-inspired mid and high bands and 12AX7 tube character in one plug-in.

TubEQ uses Wave Digital Filter modelling for the Pultec EQP-1A low end at 30, 60 and 100 Hz, including the famous Pultec trick. It adds Maag EQ4M-inspired bands at 160 Hz, 650 Hz and 2.5 kHz plus a sweepable Air Band, while modelling of the 12AX7 tube from the original Pultec amplifier stage brings in tube character. The EQ bands interact like analogue hardware, and a brickwall low-pass filter and automatic makeup gain during EQ adjustments ensure professional results.
