A multiband dynamics processor combining aggressive upward and downward compression with per-band waveshaping across three bands.

OTTX splits the signal into three bands using 24 dB/oct Linkwitz-Riley crossovers with movable split points; in each band, upward compression lifts quiet detail while downward compression controls peaks. Depth sets the overall intensity, Upward and Downward (0 to 200% each) bias the character, and the Recon switch chooses between Stadium, which splits and sums for the classic wide sound, and Tight, which applies the band gains as shelves with no phase rotation and a firm low end. Per-band Curve controls add harmonic density and perceived loudness through waveshaping without clipping, using either Modelled for colour or Smooth for less aliasing. Mix, Smart Clip 0dB, Comp Smooth with 10 ms RMS detection, a sidechain high-pass against sub-bass pumping and per-band gain reduction meters complete the toolset.
