Reason Rack 14 brings the Reason Rack into your DAW as a plug-in – with instruments, effects and Player MIDI effects, but without the standalone Reason DAW.

The Rack is the heart of Reason: you build custom instruments, layer effects and route audio and CV signals freely on the back, without changing the way you already work in your DAW. The 68 devices include synthesizers such as Europa, Polytone, Thor and Subtractor, samplers such as Grain, Mimic and NN-XT, drum machines such as Kong and Redrum, and effects up to the new RV-9 Reverb Station. Players such as Beat Map, Dual Arpeggio and Note Echo transform your playing or play for you, and the Combinator lets you combine several devices into your own patches with a custom front panel. The sound library with more than 30,000 patches, loops and samples can be browsed by categories and tags.
