The LX480 recreates a legendary digital reverb from the mid-1980s and early 1990s and adopts the dual-engine routing of the original: two LX480 algorithms run at once in four engine configurations. Alongside the classic reverb algorithms, it offers Twin Delays for doubling, ping-pong and complex echo patterns, plus Panorama for widening stereo sources. An added chorus engine delivers lush vintage reverb tails, while Random Hall HD provides a high-definition, modern reverb sound. Width controls, flexible filters, enhanced ER delay lines, quick controls and a resizable display complete the package.
