The streamlined version of the Q82: a reverb modelled on a beloved 1980s German hardware unit, known for its highly realistic ambience and long reverb times.

Q82 Essentials offers the sound of the flagship Q82 reverb in a compact, easy-to-use package. Relab analysed the original, the Quantec QRS, using machine learning and captured not only its sound but also the ever-changing behaviour of the hardware, quirks included. The simplified interface brings together the essential parameters, so suitable effects from intimate spaces to grand halls can be set up quickly. Curated presets such as Room, Chamber, Studio and Club provide a fast start.
