The Vinny Appice Kit is a BFD3 expansion with multitrack samples of Vinny Appice’s eight-piece maple ddrum kit with Istanbul Mehmet cymbals and hi-hats, played by Vinny himself.

The kit brings the heaviness, weight and drama of Vinny Appice’s signature style to hard rock and metal productions. Appice is known not for a single group but for his contributions to rock icons such as Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio, Heaven and Hell, Rick Derringer and John Lennon. The kit includes kick, snare, four toms, hi-hat, two rides and two crashes (17 and 18 inches); it takes up over 3.5 GB when installed, and no grooves are included.
