Energy Panner 2 listens to the intensity of your sound and turns it into motion, bringing your tracks to life without automation lanes, in plain stereo just as naturally as in 3D audio.

The louder a sound gets, the more it moves: Energy Panner 2 follows the actual dynamics of your material, so the movement feels more organic than hand-drawn automation. In Pan mode the sound returns to its starting position every time the signal drops, while in Sliding mode each new hit pushes it further along the path you define. Threshold, ratio, attack and release set when and how fast the movement responds, compressor-style, and the sidechain input lets an external signal – such as the lead vocal – drive the panning of a guitar. New in version 2 are independent paths per channel, more views, a built-in mixer, Virtual Center, expanded input and output support and custom speaker formats, among other things.
